Trustee

Matthew is an active member of the Queenstown business community with multi-sector experience in corporate finance, development and governance.

In the local community he is a long-time director of Destination Queenstown, has served on the board of Shaping Our Future and was a founding trustee of the Remarkables Trails Trust.

He joined the Wakatipu High School Foundation as a trustee in 2026 to support the school, students and staff on the shared mission to create Aotearoa New Zealand's best all round education. He has two boys attending Wakatipu High School.
