Dave Bulling

Dave Bulling is Managing Director of Cook Brothers Construction, established in Otago, with offices in Auckland, Christchurch and Southern Lakes. Integral to its growth from a fledgling venture to the national construction establishment today, Dave leads his team with passion and dedication, achieving superior results in a supportive and enjoyable working culture for the whole Cook Brothers Construction team.

After his family moved to the region in 1987, Dave and siblings Ben and Sally attended Wakatipu High School. During this time, Dave was House Captain of McKenzie and represented Queenstown on the International Ice Hockey circuit with the NZ Juniors. Wakatipu High School provided Dave with a real sense of community which he has never lost, and after returning to the region after a stint up North in 2015, Dave and wife Harriet have established Queenstown as their home.

With the opportunities present in the Queenstown Region, Dave believes that the Wakatipu High School will continue to excel, with the students and staff achieve exceptional results. Cook Brothers are proud to have come on board as the Principal Sponsor of the Alumni program and hope that through their participation, connections, growth and that unique sense of community will only become stronger.
